Shipping & Delivery

Shipping from Switzerland to Europe

BLACK ARMOR FILMS ships products directly from Switzerland to selected European Union countries.

Our online store supplies exclusively approved business customers (B2B).

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the destination country, product availability, parcel dimensions and customs clearance.

Estimated delivery times for in-stock products will be provided during the ordering process or in the order confirmation.

Shipping Provider

Orders are currently shipped primarily with Swiss Post – PostPac International.

We reserve the right to use another suitable shipping provider where necessary.

Standard Parcels & Oversized Shipments

Smaller items and accessories are generally shipped as standard parcels.

Window film and paint protection film rolls may require special handling or oversized shipping due to their dimensions. Delivery times and shipping charges may therefore vary.

Prices, VAT & Import Charges

All product prices are displayed in EUR, excluding VAT.

Orders are generally shipped from Switzerland under DAP (Delivered at Place – Incoterms® 2020) terms, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Under DAP, the business customer is generally responsible for import VAT, applicable customs duties and customs clearance or handling fees.

These charges are not included in the product prices or standard shipping charges and may be collected separately by the postal operator, customs authorities or another authorised service provider.

The actual amount depends on the destination country, product classification, customs value and applicable import regulations.

Special customs procedures may apply to certain shipments or destinations. Where applicable, the relevant conditions will be communicated accordingly.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before the order is completed.
